Planet 10/100/1000Base-T to 1000Base-LX Media Converter (SC, SM)

The Planet 10/100/1000Base-T to 1000Base-LX media converter is a high-performance networking device designed to seamlessly connect copper Gigabit Ethernet networks to single-mode fiber infrastructure. It supports 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 connections on the copper side and 1000Base-LX SC single-mode fiber on the fiber side, enabling long-distance data transmission of up to 10 kilometers over fiber.

Ideal for enterprise LANs, campus networks, and CCTV deployments, this media converter allows network managers to extend their network backbone over long distances while maintaining full Gigabit speeds. Plug-and-play operation ensures easy installation, while auto-negotiation and MDI/MDI-X detection simplify deployment without the need for manual configuration.

Housed in a compact and durable design, the Planet media converter is suitable for office, industrial, and telecom environments, providing reliable Gigabit connectivity between copper and fiber segments. It is perfect for connecting distant switches, servers, or surveillance systems where fiber infrastructure is required.
